Following their announcement to relaunch The Ellis Boston Antiques Show, Oct. 13-16, 2011 at The Cyclorama, aka the Boston Center for The Arts, promoters Tony Fusco and Robert Four announce they have recruited an initial roster of 40 exhibitors from previous Ellis exhibitors as well as new additions. The show opens with a Gala Preview Oct. 13 to benefit Ellis Memorial, Boston’s first settlement house.
Previous organizers of the Ellis Boston Show announced in 2009 the show would be put on hiatus until the economy improved and dealers’ confidence improved.
Among the exhibitors for the 2011 show include: Antique American Wicker, Arader Galleries, Sue Brown, Alfred Bullard, Cara Antiques, Cuhna-St. John Antiques, Dawn Hill Antiques, The Federalist Antiques, Funston Antiques, J. Gallagher Antiques and Georgian Manor Antiques among others.
Fusco & Four produces two shows each year at The Cyclorama: AD 20/21: Art & Design of the 20th & 21st Centuries, which includes the Boston Print Fair, and which will hold its fourth annual show April 7-10, 2011 (www.AD2021.com); and The Boston International Fine Art Show, which will have its 15th anniversary Nov. 17-20, 2011.
