GREEN BAY, Wis. – The 51st Green Bay-De Pere Antiquarian Society Holiday Antique Show and Sale will be held Nov. 16-17 at the KI Center, 333 Main St.
Thirty-six dealers will offer a wide range of merchandise. There will also be complimentary identification of antiques and collectibles by Tony Frommlet and Brian Wood, antique dealers from Ripon, Wis., on Nov. 16 from 2-4 p.m., and on Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Special programs will include a Nov. 16 lecture, starting at 6 p.m., by Dr. William Meyer, titled “Light Up My World,” focusing on antique glass lamps. On Nov. 17 at 1:30 p.m., a lecture on “Collecting American Folk Art” will be presented by Jan Jenkins and Carol Lango, owners of Newport House Gallery in Ellison Bay, Wis.
The Antiquarian Society will have a booth displaying some of its artifacts from various historic sites in the Green Bay and De Pere areas.
Show hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 16, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 17. Admission is $5, good for both days.
