The Great Lehigh Valley Antique Show was held at Merchants Square Mall 1901 S 12th St., Allentown, Pa.
The Appraisal clinic was one of the highlights hosted by Harry Rinker., a local favorite and nationally recognized for many years of experience and insight with collectibles and antiques.
The Collector Inspector was busy with items all day. People of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas were able to bring in their prized items and family treasures to find out the history and value. Or lack of in some cases. There were some highlights including a Roseville vase that was valued around $7,000 and a cast iron bank valued at $4,000.
There were plenty of antique dealers on hand with items for sale. Vendors came from as far as Florida.
The Great Lehigh Valley Antique Show is held twice a year. Future events take place on Feb. 7, 2009, and again on Nov. 11, 2009.
