Keynoil sign hits $8,000 at Matthews auction

PEOTONE, Ill. – A White Eagle Keynoil Motor Oil tin flange sign sold for $8,000 at the Oct. 26 sale conducted by Matthews Auctions LLC. The auction was held in conjunction with the Chicagoland Petroleum & Advertising Show. Keynoil.jpgPrices do not include buyer’s premiums of 10 percent for onsite purchases made by cash or check, 13 percent for onsite credit-card purchases, and 15 percent for absentee or Internet bids.
