HIGHWOOD, Ill. – Just north of Chicago, the City of Highwood has introduced the addition of the North Shore Flea to its renowned Evening Gourmet Farmers Market.
This sustainable vintage market will bring some 20 vendors from around the greater Chicago area to showcase their wares to the North Shore every Wednesday beginning June 15, 2011. Free to the public, attendees will relish in some of the hottest trends
in vintage today, from furniture, décor, jewelry, vintage bikes and
more. New items will be featured each week.
Exhibiting alongside the Evening Gourmet Farmers Market at Highwood’s City Hall Park, 17 Highwood Avenue, the North Shore Flea Market will run weekly from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. through Aug. 31, and then 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. through Sept. 14, rain or shine. Spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet and the cost is just $35 per week!
