MAQUOKETA, Iowa – Spring is arriving soon, even if mother nature can’t seem to figure that out, with the 32nd annual Eastern Iowa Doll/Toy/Teddy bear show on Sunday, March
10, 2014, in Maquoketa, Iowa. The Jackson County Fairgrounds building will be filled with dolls, toys and teddy bears; antique, modern and artist items will be displayed by dealers from around the Midwest. The show opens to early-bird shoppers at 8 a.m. and to all others at 9 a.m. and continues until 3 p.m. Admission is only $4, with children under 10 admitted free.
Dealers will be on hand offering to help you identify and price your items for free. Need your dolls repaired? Minor repairs will be done at the show and arrangements can be made for more advanced repairs. Also, clothes, wigs, shoes and doll parts will also be available. Bring your dolls to the show for proper fitting.
Traditional toy dealers will also be on hand, showing a range of collector items from farm toys to off-world collectibles.
