500+ dealers, Dads admitted free at Charlotte, June 5-8

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – June 5-8, the annual Charlotte Antique & Collectibles Show Sell-a-bration features more than 500 dealers and a special treat for Father’s Day. Dads accompanied by a paying adult will receive free admission to the show. The first 25 people through the gate will also receive a pocket-sized combination level and tape measure.

To celebrate Father’s Day, many dealers will be “gearing up for the guys,” with a wide array of manly vintage guns, military artifacts, political ephemera, coins and stamps, pocket watches, antique toys, tobacco memorabilia, fishing gear and sports collectibles.

The Charlotte Antiques & Collectibles Show features a fun-filled outdoor marketplace offering flea market finds, unique home décor, and the biggest monthly antique show in the Carolinas. It hosts hundreds of exhibitors who offer a huge selection of merchandise from upscale antiques to decorative accessories and collectibles, including furniture, lighting, garden accents, architectural ceramics, pottery, glass, silver, rugs, linens, books, fine art and sculptures, toys, sports memorabilia and militaria.

The show also offers on-site services including hand engraving, jewelry repair, and silver restoration.

The show is located at the Metrolina Expo at 7100 Statesville Road. Admission is $10 for a four-day pass, $5 for a one-day pass. Sunday offers a “Packout Special” at $3 per person.

Hours are Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
