ROCHESTER, Minn. — Join fellow collectors, decorators, and history enthusiasts May 11-13, 2018 (Mother’s Day Weekend) at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds in Rochester, Minnesota, for the 46th year of Gold Rush.
Dealers Converge for The Rush
Each year this event brings buyers, collectors, nostalgia seekers and dealers from across the nation together for one of the best antique markets in the country. Gold Rush is an indoor/outdoor event covering 52 acres of the fairgrounds and is located at the junction of Highway 63 South and 16th Street SE.
This event hosts dealers from all over the United States and Canada. The items for sale will include vintage collectibles, vintage jewelry, fine jewelry, vintage clothing and accessories, retro, mid-century modern, repurposed items, primitives, folk art, furniture, decorative arts, paintings, china, porcelain, pottery, art glass, cut glass, Victorian glass, perfume bottles, compacts, pill boxes, hatpins, Norwegian furniture and accessories, Native American, postcards, comics, movie memorabilia, doorstops, lamps, stoneware, dolls, holiday, sewing items, prints, quilts, graniteware, military items, sporting goods, architectural salvage pieces, garden antiques, farm antiques, figurines, crafts, home-based businesses and more.
Grounds are open from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and on Sunday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday is open for early buyers at no extra charge, just $5 to park your car. Friday is dealer set-up day, and the public is welcome to come and shop while dealers are setting up.
There are adventures to be had and plenty of antiques, vintage items and collectibles await.
