ORANGE, Calif. — Old Towne Orange is rolling out the red carpet for the annual Antique Affair, to take place throughout the Historic Plaza the weekend of Feb. 17, 18 and 19. This popular event features the finest wares of the many renowned antique merchants in Old Towne Orange, as well as festive, in-store activities. Special collections, workshops and demonstrations will also be available, along with refreshments, entertainment and more.

“Old Towne Orange is widely hailed for having the best offerings in antiques, expertise and service in the nation,” said Mike Escobedo, president of the Plaza Marketing Group. “The annual Antique Affair, now in its 31st year, brings merchants, patrons and residents together for a weekend that celebrates our longstanding tradition of antiquing in Old Towne Orange.”

Coinciding with President’s Day, the Antique Affair will showcase events relating to our nation’s history. Among the presentations will be a display of early-century Presidential plates by Lenox, to be featured at A & P Antiques, located at 151 N. Glassell St.

Country Roads Antiques & Gardens at 204 W. Chapman Ave. will be hosting a President’s Weekend Sale featuring great antiques at incredible prices. Patrons are encouraged to bring a purse filled with personal hygiene products to donate to the Orange YWCA’s “My Sister Joanie’s Purse Project,” and receive an entry blank to win a $100 shopping spree at Country Roads.
