Charles Dickens’ great-great-grandson performing ‘A Christmas Carol’ at Winterthur

WINTERTHUR, Del. – Gerald Charles Dickens, great-great-grandson of acclaimed author, Charles Dickens, will present two performances of his one-man interpretation of “A Christmas Carol” in the Copeland Lecture Hall at Winterthur Museum on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.

“A Christmas Carol,” Charles Dickens’ timeless seasonal masterpiece, will be presented in two performances by Gerald Charles Dickens, the great-great-grandson of Charles Dickens.

Gerald Dickens depicts 26 characters in his one-man interpretation of the classic tale. A book and gift signing will follow. Dickens’ performances are presented by Byers’ Choice.

Performance-only tickets are $15 per Member; $18 per nonmember; and $10 for children under 12. Package price (performance and general admission to Yuletide at Winterthur) is $30 per nonmember; $15 per child.
