LE MARS, Iowa – The Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Le Mars Convention and Visitors Bureau are hosting their second annual Spring Fever Antique Show and Flea Market March 30 through April 1, 2012. Seventy vendor booths will be accepted for the event, which is located on both floors of the Le Mars Convention Center.
Currently, more than two-thirds of the booths are filled. Booth size is 10 feet by 12 feet and the cost per booth is $50 (table rental is additional). Dealer setup for the Antique Show and Flea Market will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 30. (All vendors must be ready by the Early Bird opening time of 6 p.m.) All vendors are required to be open throughout the entire show run and may not start tearing down before closing of show. An Early Bird shopping party will be held on Friday, March 30 from 6-9 p.m. Cost to attend the Friday night early shopping is $10 per person. This includes heavy hors d’ oeuvres, a three day pass to the show and the viewing of a special display of early guns, Native American artifacts and Western memorabilia. The special display will only be available for viewing on Friday evening. A cash bar will also be available.
Cost to attend on the weekend is $2 per day per person. Saturday, March 31 hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, April 1 hours are 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Because all dealers are required to stay open throughout the run of the show, show-goers should still have a full shopping experience on Sunday, April 1.
