Houston Antiques Dealers Association prepares to hold fall show and sale

For one weekend only, shopping enthusiasts and antiques aficionados will be able to peruse antiques from the 1750s through Art Deco and Mid-Century Modernism when more than 150 of the world’s finest dealers offer the rare, the unusual, the precious and the bizarre.

HADA is one of the oldest organizations of its kind in the nation, founded in 1964 by three local antiques dealers. The show has used a large portion of ticket sales to benefit the Houston antiques community and the community at large by donating to organizations such as the Heritage Society, Houston Junior Forum and the Brookwood Community. The show consists of 150 dealers from across the country and around the world displaying virtually every type of antique.

WHEN: Friday and Saturday, Sept. 19-20, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 21, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
