For the collector who has everything: Private Bora Bora Island and estate fine art set to cross the block Sunday

California Auctioneers celebrates its 47th year conducting estate auctions and is proud to offer the private Island paradise in Bora Bora known as Blue Heaven Island. Located less than a mile from the celebrity and pro surfer destination of Tavarua, the paradise getaway offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to own your own island property in Motu Paahi along the famous Bora Bora Reef.

The sand beaches are located along the lagoon offering temperate waters for snorkeling and exploration.  Shortly offshore the world famous waves along the Bora Bora Reef are easily accessible. The property includes a number of bungalows complete with solar electricity and running
water from the well and rain collection water systems.

Unlike most modern category driven auction houses, California Auctioneers has maintained a selection of exciting auctions that contain an unusual variety of estate items.

This sale includes an extremely rare 1946 Chevrolet Fire Engine with under 11,000 original miles. The pumper can filter water both in and out and comes complete with original hook and extension ladders, chrome spotlights, hand wrought fire hook, lantern, axe, hose and nozzle and is in excellent condition, ready to roll down any parade in the country.

A Steinway Macassar Ebony Crown jewel model L piano ads harmony to the eclectic auction. “We are offering an outstanding and diverse collection of estate fine art, Rodin, Picasso and Chagall works on paper, Maurice de Vlamink, Alfred Thompson Brichard, Emanuel Villanis, Luis R. Falero, John O’Shea, A.V. Diehl, Maynard Dixon, even a duet of Beatrix Potter tiles, plus we have a nice collection of potter Beatrice Woods ceramics and personal effects," said Auctioneer John Eubanks.

Other items include estate jewelry and sterling silver from the Hancock Dazey (of Dazey Butter Churns) estate. Also included in the sale are guitars (Gibson, Epiphone, Barba of Seville) from the estate of actor John Crawford (Sheriff on the Walton’s), a fine collection of early Native American weavings, and 18th- and 19th-century Spanish colonial and early American antiques.
