ANN ARBOR, Mich. — A change in the schedule of a popular antiques event in Ann Arbor, Mich. is opening the door for a new antiques market to take shape.
When the promoters of the Ann Arbor Antiques Market decided to refocus their efforts and reduce their events to just three shows per year (this year in April 20-21, May 18-19 and October 19-20), Doug Supinger of Doug Supinger Promotions recognized the situation as an opportunity to continue the monthly antiques market tradition during the vacated months (June, July, August, September, November, and December) — and the Saline Antiques Market became a reality.
Supinger is aware that customers and exhibitors are accustomed to buying and selling at a seasonal monthly antiques market in Ann Arbor, Mich., at the Washtenaw Farm council Grounds. His goal is to continue to provide a venue that will satisfy that need for both buyers and sellers.
The Saline Antiques Market will be held June 15-16, July 20-21, Aug. 17-18, Sept. 14-15, Nov. 17, and Dec. 8 at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, 5055 Ann Arbor Saline Road, Ann Arbor, Mich. Show hours are Saturdays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
