Sept 14-24, 2020 Dennis. Dennis Union Church is moving its 66th annual church auction online this year. The auction offers a range of fine antiques, artwork, collectibles and more under the auspices of auctioneer John Schofield; lots offered can be viewed here. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the ministries and programs of Dennis Union Church. Items consigned for sale include an 18th century hutch table, wicker chaise, wicker perambulator, pine blanket chest, Danish modern dining table, George I-style lowboy, loveseat in the manner of Paul Gaugin, 1820 American sampler, Orvis fly rod, “Lil’ Abner Quartet” tin toy, lead soldiers and Dinky vehicles, overlay glass, Orrefors, Simon Pierce bowl, Marblehead pottery, Rookwood, Copeland Spode, Worcester, Boehm, Lladro, beehive candlesticks, hooked rugs, Hiromasa painting on silk, Japanese prints, jewelry, Flemish-style still life, 19th century ancestor portrait and more.
