STANHOPE, N.J. — The return of the Waterloo Village Antiques Fair in June was well received, with more than 2,000 people flocking to the fair to take it all in. The event was so successful, organizers opted to host another Fair during Labor Day weekend.
“This was particularly exciting for us, seeing the next generation of antiques collectors come out to
learn and shop. They were having a ball and the dealers enjoyed sharing their knowledge with them. “ said Allison Kohler, President, JMK Shows.
By the end of the June Fair it was clear to Kohler and her team, that dealers and shoppers wanted a second event this summer. With that the next Waterloo Village Antiques Fair is scheduled for Labor Day weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 5-6. The Fair will be held at the Waterloo Concert Field at 1053 Waterloo Road, Stanhope, N.J. Special features of the Fair will include a certified appraisal clinic offered by White Orchid Appraisals on Saturday and Sunday, at a cost of $5 per item; and porcelain restoration and China mending services by Louis. Plus, a diverse selection of items and an even greater number of dealers than the June Fair.
